Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on items as long as all tags are still attached and the items have not been altered, washed or worn. Returns with us are easy! We want you to be 100% happy with your experience at J.T.'s.

If you would like to ship us your return, include your name and contact information (phone number, e-mail and address) enclosed in your package. Please send your package insured and prepaid to our store. We are not responsible for any return shipping and handling charges.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It may take 3-4 business days for your refund to be processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
